Replying to reviews & tracking downloads
We’ll set up access so your team can reply to app store reviews and view download reports for your app in both stores. We’ll invite your named team members by email – we’ll always give you a heads-up before the invitations arrive.
The Managing Your App session
Shortly after launch, we’ll hold a Managing Your App session with your team. This is where we hand the app over to you fully and share the habits that set successful places apart – keeping content fresh, reviewing performance, and planning regular campaigns and competitions.
