Add a Team Member to Your Dashboard

This quick guide shows you how to give a team member access to your Vicinity Dashboard - making it easy for your team to manage content, add offers, and keep your app fresh and up to date.

Log in to your Dashboard

Go to dashboard.getvicinity.com and sign in with your credentials.


Open the ‘Users’ tab

From the left-hand menu, click Users to view everyone who has registered on your app.

💡 Tip: To grant dashboard access, your team member must have created a user profile in your app using their work email address.


Find the team member

Search or scroll to find the team member’s name, then click to open their user profile.


Add a role

In the user’s profile, click Roles, then select Add Role.


Choose their level of access

Select the role that best suits their responsibilities:

  • TenantAdmin – allows full access to manage all content within the app.

  • TenantUserAdmin – allows access to manage users within the app, such as granting dashboard access or adding missing loyalty stamps.

Once selected, click Close to save.


Ask them to log in

Your team member can now log in to the Dashboard using their work email address and the same password they created when signing up to your app.
