In your app dashboard you can view a number of measurements that help you understand how your app is performing at a glance.

To find your analytic tools in your app dashboard, log in as normal (dashboard.getvicinity.com) and these will be present on your home dashboard.

Activity Insights

Your home dashboard has a number of 'at-a-glance' insights about the activities taking place in your place app.

Activity types recorded by your app are Deals, Loyalty Stamps & Redemptions, Trail Check-Ins and Competition Entries.

You can adjust the dates you are viewing data for by using the top-right Drop-Down Date Selector, you can:

  • Display data from the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or

  • Select a custom period to display data for (such as when you ran a campaign)

  • Choose what sequence the graph data is displayed - by day, week or month.

To the left, you will find a Trends Graph showing lines for each Activity Type - these correspond to the coloured tabs at the top of the display, which you can click to toggle them on or off the view. (e.g. if you only want to see deal claims).

On the right, the Distribution map shows the concentration of where these activities are taking place. (You can expect yours to be more focused on your area).

Insight Tiles

Below the Activity Graph and map, you can also find a number of indicators which help you understand how your app is performing.

For each indicator, you can also view the change over the last 30 days.
