When you create or update a Business record you can set if it is a Voting Member and/or a Levy Payer.

Voting Members are businesses in hereditaments with a rateable value above the threshold you set for membership in the BID. They represent the businesses who will cast a vote in each ballot.

Levy Payers are a subset of your Voting Members who pay a levy.

If you use our manage update service, we will ensure that all the correct options are set for each business, keeping your records in sync with the National Non Domestic Rates list.
