What you’ll receive
Using your brand guidelines, we’ll create a full set of promotional designs for your app. You’ll see mocked-up designs during your Marketing Call and receive them for sign-off. Once signed off, we’ll send print-ready files along with links to Canva templates, so your team can adapt and reuse the designs whenever you need.
Your starter pack
New customers (where a set-up fee is part of the package) also receive a printed starter pack, so you can start promoting from day one:
For your businesses: leaflets explaining the benefits of the app, plus a roller banner for business events
For your users: a roller banner, A4 posters, A5 leaflets, business cards, window stickers and table tents
Loyalty package extras: a label printer and sticker tape, till wobblers, lanyards and additional table tents
Employee exclusives extras: employee-focused leaflets and table tents
Digital assets: iPhone mock-up images, screenshots of each app feature, and customisable sticker templates
Amends after sign-off
We’re happy to make changes to artwork after sign-off – these are charged at a designer rate of £80 per hour (minimum 30 minutes), so it’s worth gathering all your feedback before signing off the designs.

You can order refills of any printed materials at any time – just let your Campaign & Engagement Manager know what you need and the quantities, and we’ll arrange a quote.
