Welcome to Your App Launch Journey

You’ve signed your contract, so now the exciting part begins! Here’s what happens next, who you’ll be working with, and the journey we’ll take together to bring your app to life.

What happens after you sign your contract?

Once your contract is signed, our Sales team will introduce you to your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) by email. From that moment, your CSM is your main point of contact for everything to do with your launch.

Your CSM will be in touch shortly to say hello and arrange your Kick-Off Call - this usually takes place within two weeks of signing your contract and marks the official start of your launch journey.

Meet your core team

You’ll have two dedicated members of the team supporting you throughout:

Customer Success Manager (CSM) - Your main point of contact throughout the lifetime of your contract. Your CSM will guide you through the launch process, keep everything moving, and make sure the app we deliver reflects the goals set out in your proposal.

Campaign & Engagement Manager (CEM) – Your CEM will focus on how your app is introduced to businesses and users, including the campaigns, messaging and materials that help build excitement and encourage engagement.

Together, they’ll make sure you’re supported both operationally, by getting the app ready to launch, and strategically, by helping you make it a success.

The three phases of your launch

Every app launch follows three phases.

Phase 1: App & Dashboard Setup – We collect your branding and assets, you create your Apple Developer Account and provide access to our team, and our tech team begins to build your app and dashboard.

Phase 2: Content, Campaign & Confidence – We populate your app with businesses, deals and events, depending on your package, train your team on the dashboard, and plan your launch campaign together.

Phase 3: Review & Release - Final testing, a content check, submission to the app stores, and your launch date confirmed.

We’ll guide you through each phase as you reach it - and this collection of articles follows the same journey, so you can always see what’s coming next.

What helps a launch run smoothly?

A few things can make a big difference:

  • Having a clear project lead on your side, along with key contacts responsible for marketing and app content.

  • Returning your branding and assets promptly during Phase 1, so your build keeps its place in our development schedule.

  • Setting aside time for dashboard training and campaign planning during Phase 2.
