Phase 2 - Content, Campaign & Confidence

  1. Phase 2: Bringing Your App to Life - Dashboard training, app content population, engaging your businesses.

  2. Testing Your App with TestFlight - Getting Testflight access, what to test, how to report anything you spot.

  3. Your Promotional Materials & Starter Pack - What you'll receive, the sign-off process, how amends and refills work.

  4. Planning Your Launch Campaign - The marketing call with your Campaign & Engagement Manager, your launch competition, tying the launch into local events, choosing a launch window.


Phase 3 – Review & Release

  1. Phase 3: Review & Release - Pre-launch call, app content freeze, submission to both app stores.

  2. Launch Day & Beyond - Your app release, replying to reviews and viewing downloads (Play Console/App Store access), the Managing Your App session, ongoing support and updates.
