There are many ways to be strategic when running up to Ballot but it is always a great idea to keep an eye on your top voters throughout the entire BID term. This article looks at ways to help you be sure that you know who they are, who will be voting, how you think they will vote and how often we engage with them and the business trading within the hereditament.

The Ballot Insight Report and identifying the RV

One suggestion would be to use the Ballot Insight report, located under the Reporting suite in the main menu, to identify the RV of your most influential voters.

Tagging the top voters

You can then use this figure to filter down the directory, using the advanced filtering in the 'Billing RV' column to tag each of these businesses at a Top Voter using the 'Tag all' button.

Now you can use this tag to filter the database directly to your top voters, you can use this tag within all the reports to configure the detail to specifically look at the different information related to just these businesses.

What about setting up a Top Voter layout?
