You can export your email lists from the Solomon Directory which is great for reporting purposes, as well as being able to import emails into Mailchimp.

How can I Export Email Addresses to a CSV?

You can export the email list from the Business or the People table.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  2. Click on Export Email List

  3. This will open a CSV file that you can save to your desktop

Exporting Business emails and People emails together as one list

In the Businesses table, select Export Email List for the option to add all emails from the People table too.

  • select include all active People in the database
(i.e. those not connected to a Business.)

  • Or if you just want to export the business emails - do not select the toggle

Email addresses for all active Businesses, and only the People linked to them, will be included in this process.
