A good example of this would be visiting a Business every month. Rather than recreating the Activity, you have the option to duplicate this, which then creates a brand new Activity but with the same information.

Firstly, find the Activity you wish to duplicate. This can be from the Activities table:

Or locate the Activity you wish to duplicate from within the Business.

Click view, next to the Activity title, this will open the Activity. Then select duplicate at the bottom of the screen:

This opens a replica Activity but with the current date and time, however, all records are editable.
