Solomon will attempt to compress and reduce the file size of your image before uploading, greatly improving speed and saving on your mobile data usage. It compresses the photos to a maximum of 1024 and 60% quality.

This will automatically be selected when you click 'add images' in the Activity Wizard.

If you are creating an Activity from the Directory, the same applies - you will automatically have 'Compress Image?' selected.
