Workbench Tally: The Basics

The Workbench Tally tool allows you to add quantities to Activities while on the move.

Some customers that have street teams find the Workbench Tally a useful tool to add quantities to activities they are repetitively doing - these might be things like directions, cleansing or anything that might be delivered time and time again.

Finding the Workbench Tally

You can find the Workbench Tally tools by opening the Workbench Menu button (two blue ticks) from the top right-hand side of the screen, this will open a side view.

The Workbench has lots of other functions which you can find in the Workbench: The Basics tutorial here.

For this tutorial, we're focusing on the Workbench Tally, which you can find under the 'My Activities' tab.

Adding Quantities To Your Activities

Once you are in the 'My Activities' tab of Workbench you can view the last 50 activities that has your collaborator assigned. These are in chronological order from most recent.

You can increase or decrease the quantities of your Activities by clicking on the plus or minus buttons below it. The quantity count will also change and the 'Saving' box will appear in the left bottom corner to show you this has been added.

When do I add a quantity VS creating a new Activity

The decision to increase the quantity vs to create a separate Activity each time is totally up to you and how you wish to record and report on Activities.
