Solomon's powerful tools work on both desktop and mobile devices, but to help speed up the process our Activity Wizard and Workbench tools are available without the need to load up the full Directory and with it, all of your data, when using a mobile device.

You may also find it useful to view the Activity Wizard: The Basics and Workbench: The Basics tutorials first which summarise these tools.

Setting up your collaborators βš™οΈ

For your team to get the best experience on mobile it is important that their Landing Page is set to 'Activity Wizard' - this means when they log in, Solomon will only load the information they need and not the whole database.

An Admin User can set each Collaborator's Landing Page by going to the Settings menu in Directory. Selecting 'Activity Wizard' from the drop down will then set that user's first page to a mobile-friendly one.

Don't worry, if the user needs, they can still navigate to all of the Solomon Suite of apps using the main menu.

Creating An Activity ✏️

From the Activity Wizard you can use the buttons to quickly log Activities straight into Solomon. You can view the Activity Wizard: The Basics tutorial here.

Hint: Don't forget, you can use the 'Advanced Edit' button to enable you to put more detail on your Activity such as Cost, Value and add Collaborators.

Recalling an Activity You Have Created πŸ”

Once you've created an activity, on a mobile Solomon has a really useful tool to allow you to re-visit it, add more information or even increase/decrease the quantities assigned to it.

When your mobile device loads up Solomon's Activity Wizard you'll also notice in the top corner there is the Workbench Icon. Clicking to open Workbench allows you to view your most recent Tasks, Businesses that are assigned to your user and also your 50 most recent Activities.

From here you can click the title of the activity to open the record, use the tally tool to add quantities or even create a new Activity.
